Motor Circuit Protector (MCPs)
A motor circuit protector (MCP) is a type of electrical protection device that is designed specifically for use with electric motors. The MCP provides protection for both the motor and the electrical circuit that powers the motor, and is designed to trip and interrupt the flow of electricity in the event of an overload, short circuit, or other electrical fault.
