ARCA will always use the most cost effective and safest method to ship your items. We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Freight Brokers to achieve this. We add adequate insurance to every package to help ensure refunds to both parties if need be.
ARCA offers combined shipping on multiple items ordered and will invoice accordingly.
ARCA allows parties to arrange their own shipping of freight with the written approval of a manager beforehand.

In accordance with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, ARCA promises to work with you, carriers, and e-commerce facilitators on your behalf to locate and gather insurance funds for lost or missing items.
However, by purchasing from ARCA, you agree that this is ultimately your responsibility as stated in major carrier and e-commerce facilitator policies. ARCA will not offer refunds when carriers are deemed at fault for the loss.
This only holds true when ARCA fulfills any and all demands made by carriers or e-commerce facilitators. If the item is lost by our fault, ARCA will uphold its policies.
